The interest of Promise's loan is calculated on a daily basis, and the interest shall be reduced together with the principal. After the deduction of interest payable, the remaining amount of the payment will be treated as part of the outstanding principal repayment. Therefore, the balance of the loan principal will be reduced relatively with each repayment. And the subsequence interest will also be calculated according to the balance of the loan principal after repayment.
Promise's loans are calculated by daily interest, which means that you only need to pay one day of interest if you only use the loan for one day.
Leveraging the diminishing interest based on the deducting principal, you may lower your interest by increasing the repayment amount at anytime or even clear the loan in advance. In case of clearing your loan in advance, Promise will only calculate the interest until the last day that the loan is being used with no penalty or handling fee. Thus, you can adjust your repayment flexibly in order to reduce your expenditure on interest.
We do not charge any handling fee, admission fee, membership fee, or any fee related to revolving loans, etc.
