Notice on Suspension of services due to system maintenance.
In order to enhance our services, Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. will conduct system maintenance from 00:30am to 13:30pm on 18 Oct 2026(Hong Kong Time) and 00:30am to 10:30am on 25 Oct 2026(Hong Kong Time) and the following services will be suspended during this period:
The above services will gradually be resumed as soon as practicable after 13:30pm on 18 Oct 2026 and 10:30am on 25 Oct 2026. In light of the above, we therefore recommend customers to make necessary arrangements in advance for the required loan services. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
