Notice on Suspension of services due to system maintenance.
In order to enhance our services, Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. will conduct system maintenance from 00:30am to 12:30pm on 10 Aug 2025 (Hong Kong Time) and the following services will be suspended during this period:

"SMS Sender Registration Scheme" Helps You Identify Messages Sent by Promise
To prevent scammers from impersonating trusted organizations via SMS and to protect mobile phone users in Hong Kong from fraudulent messages, Promise has joined the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" launched by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). This scheme aims to make it easier for the public to identify verified SMS senders and effectively combat scam activities.
Promise will use a registered SMS sender name that begins with the "#" symbol (e.g., "#PromiseHK ") when sending messages, allowing you to more easily verify the authenticity of the message source and safeguard your communication security.
