Recently, scammers have posed as Promise staff and agents to promote loan products and ask customers to repay. Scammers may even use threatening means to force customers to file for bankruptcy or make full repayments. Therefore, please note the following:
Our Company declares: Should an individual agree to become a borrower on the terms set out in the loan agreement, the borrower must perform his/her obligations under the agreement. If our Company discovers that any person is soliciting our Company to make a loan with false, counterfeit statement, information and/or documents, our Company will certainly report to the authorities, and pursue all claims and rights reserved.

According to section 16A of the Theft Ordinance (Chapter 210 of the Laws of Hong Kong), anyone who, by deception, intends to cause another person to do, not do or reserve an action for the purpose of gaining an advantage, or causing that person or a third party to suffer a loss, may have committed fraud and be subject to criminal liability.
Do not use false or forged statements, information, and/or documents to borrow loans from our company, and do not sell, lend or provide your account to others for borrowing money from our company.

Notice on Suspension of service due to system maintenance.
In order to enhance our services, Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. will conduct system maintenance from 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm on 01 Feb 2026 (Hong Kong Time) and the following service will be suspended during this period:
