▲ Terms and Conditions of Welcome Offer :
  1. Promotion Period is from 5 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  2. This reward is only applicable to Eligible New Customers who have successfully applied and drawn down the loan within the Promotion Period in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
  3. To be entitled for the reward, customers must apply the loan online and enter the designated promotion code "WEB500" when making the loan application online, as well as make the first loan drawdown of HK$10,000 or above during the Promotion Period. If the loan application is made by phone or through our branch, customers are not entitled for the reward.
  4. Eligible New Customers will receive our reward redemption notification SMS within 30 business days after he/she draws down the loan.
  5. Eligible New Customers must redeem the reward from our Sha Tin Branch or Kwun Tong Hoi Yuen Road Branch in person after receiving abovementioned SMS.
  6. Eligible New Customers must redeem the reward on or before 30 June 2026.
  7. The customer's loan account with us must not be closed and must not show any overdue delayed payment at the time when the customer redeems the reward.
  8. This reward cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Promise.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the decision of Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. which decision shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves its right to make the final decision on loan application approval and/or reward eligibility and to amend the above said Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  11. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  • "Instant Money Transfer" applies to loans that are transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS), which subject to the system maintenance periods.
  • "Apply Anywhere" is only applicable to customers who choose to sign the loan agreement online and fulfill the loan conditions of "signing loan agreement online". Customer can also choose to sign the loan agreement in any of our branches.
  • For application, only HK ID card and mobile phone will be required for working people. If customers can only provide HK ID card and mobile phone, the maximum loan amount will be HK$100,000. A more ideal loan amount might be approved, if additional documents can be provided.
  • "Instant Approval" is limited to online application which is a preliminary approval result. We reserve the right of final approval.
  • The maximum loan amount for "Freelancer" will be HK$100,000.
  • The annual percentage rate (APR) is subject to actual circumstances of individual personal loan applicant.
  • "24/7 seamless loan" is only applicable to eligible customers with designated loan amount who choose to sign the loan agreement online and fulfill the loan conditions of "signing loan agreement online". Also, the loans must be transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS), which subject to the system maintenance periods.
