Brief Introduction of Promise "Emergency Loan"

Credit limit and first withdrawal amount of "Emergency Loan" will be fixed at HK$2,000. If customers request for higher credit limit, please apply for other Promise's loan products.
"Emergency Loan" will be transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS), which is subject to the system maintenance periods.
"Emergency Loan" is only applicable to customers who choose to sign the loan agreement online and fulfill the loan conditions of "signing loan agreement online".

§ "Speedy Approval" is limited to online application which is a preliminary approval result. We reserve the right of final approval.

▲ Terms and Conditions of Welcome Reward :

Promotion Period is from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive).
This reward is only applicable to Eligible New Customers who have successfully applied and drawn down the loan within the Promotion Period in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
To be entitled for the reward, customers must apply the loan online and enter the designated promotion code "SMART" when making the loan application online. If the loan application is made by phone or through our branch, customers are not entitled for the reward.
In respect of loan application, if the credit report of the customer contains credit records of "Unsecured personal installment loans", "Unsecured revolving loans" and/or "Restructured loans" (regardless of whether there is an outstanding loan balance), the customer is not entitled for the reward.
Eligible New Customers will receive our reward redemption notification SMS within 30 business days after he/she draws down the loan.
Eligible New Customers must redeem the reward from our Sha Tin Branch or Kwun Tong Hoi Yuen Road Branch in person after receiving abovementioned SMS.
Eligible New Customers must redeem the reward on or before 30 September 2026.
The customer's loan account with us must not be closed and must not show any overdue delayed payment at the time when the customer redeems the reward.
This reward cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Promise.
All matters and disputes will be subject to the decision of Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. which decision shall be final and conclusive.
Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves its right to make the final decision on loan application approval and/or reward eligibility and to amend the above said Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Flexible Repayment

Repayment period varies from 3 to 84 months, and customers can make additional repayments anytime. Promise provides daily interest for repayment scheme, calculated only until the day of full repayment. Neither handling fee for early repayment nor interest penalty will be charged, thus saving unnecessary interest and expenses.
Low Interest Rates

Assuming a loan amount of HK$200,000, with monthly flat rate of 0.2% (annual percentage rate of 4.49%) and a repayment period of 36 months with no handling fee, the monthly repayment amount will be HK$5,940. All examples and information of interest rate are for reference only, and final approval is subject to actual circumstances of individual personal loan applicant. According to the Money Lenders Ordinance, the maximum annual percentage rate is 48%.
