Eligible New Customers who draw down their loans from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, will earn a reward of HK$500 Shopping Coupon▲.

  1. Promotion Period is from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  2. This Welcome Offer is only applicable to Eligible New Customers who have successfully drawn down the loan within the Promotion Period in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
  3. Customers must enter the promotion code "SMART" when they make the loan application online to be entitled for the reward. If customers apply by phone or through our branch, customers must provide us the promotion code "SMART" to be entitled for the reward.
  4. In respect of loan application, if the credit report of the customer contains credit records of "Unsecured personal installment loans", "Unsecured revolving loans" and/or "Restructured loans" (regardless of whether there is an outstanding loan balance), the customer is not entitled for the reward.
  5. Eligible New Customers will receive our reward redemption notification SMS within 30 business days after he/she draws down the loan.
  6. Eligible New Customers must redeem the reward from our Sha Tin Branch or Kwun Tong Hoi Yuen Road Branch in person after receiving abovementioned SMS.
  7. Eligible New Customers must redeem the reward before the expiry date, i.e. 31 December 2025.
  8. The customer's loan account with us must not be closed and must not show any overdue delayed payment at the time when the customer redeems the reward.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the decision of Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. which decision shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves its right to make the final decision on loan application approval and/or reward eligibility and to amend the above said Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  11. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  • "Instant Money Transfer" applies to loans that are transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS), which subject to the system maintenance periods.
  • "Apply Anywhere" only applicable to customers who choose to sign the loan agreement online and fulfill the loan conditions of "signing loan agreement online". Customer can also choose to sign the loan agreement in any of our branches.
  • For application, only HK ID card and mobile phone will be required for working people. If customers can only provide HK ID card and mobile phone, the maximum loan amount will be HK$100,000. A more ideal loan amount might be approved, if additional documents can be provided.
  • "Instant Approval" is limited to online application which is a preliminary approval result. We reserve the right of final approval.
  • The maximum loan amount for "Freelancer" will be HK$100,000.
  • The annual percentage rate (APR) is subject to actual circumstances of individual personal loan applicant.

    Assuming a loan amount of HK$200,000, with monthly flat rate of 0.2% (annual percentage rate of 4.49%) and a repayment period of 36 months with no handling fee, the monthly repayment amount will be HK$5,940. All examples and information of interest rate are for reference only, and final approval is subject to actual circumstances of individual personal loan applicant. According to the Money Lenders Ordinance, the maximum annual percentage rate is 48%.
